Book Fair FUN

We have a Book Fair coming up next week and we wanted to make you aware that there are TWO Family Nights!! :) Also, we will be sending this packet home soon informing you of what books may be available during the Book Fair. 

Family Nights: Tuesday, March 5 & Thursday March 7 

From 4:00-6:30

If you aren't able to make it to a Family Book Night, do not fret! We are visiting the Book Fair as a class on Tuesday, March 5 at 9:00. Parents are able to sign in the front office and shop with us. So feel free to come in and shop with  your child!! :) 

Chocolate Bunny Sales

Our PTA has a Fundraiser going on!!

PLEASE be aware there is a quick turn around for the fundraiser. The order forms say that the money and ordering form are due by this Friday, March 1. However I was informed that they will still accept the money on Monday, March 4. :) So sell and help support Chimney Lakes!!

Dental Visit

Many of you may have heard that last week Ms. Barbara and Freddy came to visit us from the Dental Office of Weaver and Strattan. Well the students LOVED the visit!! They learned all about how plaque stays on our teeth and how they should brush twice a day. Then they were informed at the end of her visit that they need to swish after brushing and spit (not swallow)... but they should not spit on people!! hahaha

Finally Ms.Barbara ended by giving each of the students a goody bag of dental treats. :) 

 

Mrs.Croft and Sawyer James' Baby Shower

So hopefully all the students went home with excitement about the fun they had during the shower!! They were adorable oohing and aahing over the baby gifts. They were super excited about the cake and "baby bottle" candy. 

We took a ton of photos during the shower. So it was very hard to chose which ones to post... but I narrowed it down to these. :) Enjoy!!
